market shrimp

I've always heard that cooking the shrimp removes most of it's nutritional value. I use raw shrimp in the shell and cut it into bite size pieces. I put a feeding's worth in a sandwich bag and put all the sandwich bags in the freezer.

hmm thanks for shareing i alwayes get cooked bc its easyer and less of a mess, but ill go raw if the cooked really dosnt have as much nutritional value. does everyone else buy raw

I usually buy it bulk.Around the medium size types.I then take about a dozen and a half and cut it 2 smaller pieces and individually bag them in small ziploc bags so i just grab a bag out the freezer when needed.I feed shrimps 2 my fishyz once a week more like a treat.Regular diet usually consists of dried shrimp, hikari pellets, large flakes and smelt and tilapia fillet 4 my cats and jar.:)
