In the marketplace vendor section, what is the difference between the vendors that are in blue and those in grey?
Are these authorized vendors and the grey ones pending or ??

maybe he didnt want to pay the fee? not sure if there's a monthly or yearly fee to be a vendor on here. i noticed a lot of good vendors over the years stopped being vendors on here, always wondered why.
