Wow alot of ascii has been wasted here in the last day or two regarding Massive Aggression and its' customer service, accuracy of advertisement, shipping and what ever else can be related to the Tropical Fish retail business.

So as a service to all, who might be considering a purchase from Massive Aggression I thought it would be good to set Nate up with a feedback thread. NO BOMB THROWING; just the facts...did the fish arrive alive? Did you get what you ordered? Was the Price to include shipping reasonable (was it a good deal or not in your estimation)? Was the order packaged appropriately? Was the order shipped timely in accordance with agreements made between you and the seller?

I think that with the number of people here who have purchased fish from Nate, there should be a good enough survey for any prospective buyers to make a decision on, as whether or not to deal with Massive Aggression.
 
The fish I recieved from MA arrived alive, were well packaged to include styrofoam boxes, and depending on the time of year (winter v. summer) had heat or cool packs for temp. regulation.

The fish were what I ordered and of the approximate sizes that were ordered. The prices of the fish to include shipping I considered to be a very good deal. They were sent and received on time as agreed to by both Nate and myself. (with the exception of when an order did not arrive to him and was delayed 2 weeks.)

My only concern with ordering any fish from MA is the 3% additional charge for using PayPal, but this is rapidly becoming the industry standard, even Rich at Inifinte Aquatics has the same policy regarding PayPal payments. So I guess if I want to obtain the fish that I want to keep I will have to learn to live with that :D

I rate my experiences with Nate at Mass Aggression as A+
 
thx john im just trying to do what i can hear to keep everyone happy, im not here to argue or pitch a bunch of crap im doing this for the hobby trying to get these fish out there into members tanks,hassle free...

new list will be posted next week the rest of the week i will be remodeling etc, ill post the before and after pics when im done, and you guys will see just what i have on my hands.. i brought in a couple people a smalll crew so everything else will be wrapped up and i can maintain my forum, work started today after the inspection,which went ok, couple things i have to o take care of...i "inherited" ...
 
First I'd like to say that I thought this thread would have produced a little more traffic than it has, but, I'll still add feedback from my latest order.

The fish ordered were Vulture Cats, 4 each and 2 Wolf Fish

The fish arrived this morning as agreed upon by Nate and myself via overnight delivery, cost determined by USPS (my choice). They arrived packed in a heavy styrofoam tropical fish shipping box, were double bagged in extra thick plastic bags. Newspaper was used as a cushion so the Catfishes' barbs could not pierce both bags.

The price of the fish were better than I could get at any LFS (even with shipping included into the total). The fish were as big or bigger than what Nate advertised them for and are acclimatized and have already taken food. They are healthy and in excellent condition.

Again I would rate this transaction as A+ and would recommend Massive Aggression to others.

i appreciate the kind words, im glad that you are happy with your fish they are amazing! watch out for those vulture cats, learn to lock your freezer, they'll eat you out of house and home!
 
The fish I ordered from Nate late in last Winter. Yes, Winter! BTW Wisconsin Winter that is. :)

All arrived safe and alive! I couldn't be more happy when I opened up the box and saw all those little arowana swimming actively. Arrived on time and the price is a bargain.
Thanks again Nate and will look forward into ordering again.
 
One more thing, packaging was excellent with appropriate equipment such as heat packs and stuff.
 
geeeez i throw up the no paypal thingy and im getting responses i see how it is guys! cost me 3% for feedback SHHHHEEEESHHHHHH! haha jk keep it coming, il l waive all fees on future orders.
 
i tried to order from him but he kept trying to rip me off....and i have some friends he did rip of...beware..im sure this will get deleted but i should be able to speak my mind
 
yup rippped ya right off..someones tank msyteriously broke after i held aray for how long, should we get in to this again?? you were refunded after your dad called me threatening me and you compeltly ignored my terms and contracts. sry bro. you win some you lose some. i did nothing wrong. one more post i will report it. pass me buy if your not happy connor.
