Nice basking shark. You can not keep them in aquaria because:
a) THey are protected
b) THey need massive amounts of plankton to survive.

Gentle giant. Last summer a thresher shark was spotted in the bay only a few yards off of one of the public beaches. Also heard about tiger sharks on the south shore of L.I.

yea, that's a basking shark and that one is not that big. they get bigger. i think it's the second biggest fish in the world next to the whale shark
