Hi,
I'm selling my 6" Mata mata. This turtle is hand tame and will eat out of your hands. This works great when you cannot buy live fish or never want to buy live fish. Currently eating large guppy's and fresh fish I buy at the market. PLEASE DO NOT FEED THEM GOLDFISH

Needs a big tank when it gets big but for right now a 30 gallon would work. These turtle do not swim well so they do need shallow water.

Tank size is more the dimensions and not the amount of water it can hold. They do sell turtle tanks with openings half way on the glass or waterlandtubs that have water and land built in.
