makes me think...No i don't think they are illegal. you might have to get papers on them since i do think they are under at least one of the cites restrictions. As for FRT...thats kinda vague...supposedly they are still legal to purchase, just seems kinda risky. Oddball will clarify it all up in a jiffy if he sees this thread. Perhaps you should PM him with any questions..as he has all that legal jarble memorized!
