Mating or Bullying??

Ive taken a video of my rays, the male is biting the female alot just recently but im not sure if he is bullying her or trying to mate? hes leaving nasty white marks on her.

not really, if it gets really bad put a divider in but so far it doesnt look like it will be a problem

Yep mating behavior It should only go on for several days. Otherwise separate them.
