Mature Male Marble

I have a mature male Marble for sale. PROVEN BREEDER.

Will ship using courier/LFS. Will meet anywhere within reason (3-4 hours) if reimbursed for gas.

1st pic is a few days ago.

Second pic is prior to the substrate being removed from the pond. My pond is dark so the Marbles darken up. I have confirmed they color up quickly when put back in a light enviroment.... All my growout Marbles colored up within a week of going from the pond to my 300 with bright lights and white sand.

This is a VERY thick healthy ray that eats anything including Polock.... You will not find a cheaper ray to feed.

Real world... I'd say 13 across. Can measure for you tonight, but I'm pretty sure I'm not off by more than 1/2 inch.

I'd say it's not going to get much bigger as I've had it for close to 2 years and it hasn't grown much. Eats like a pig, just look at tail girth. This thing could pass as prego after feeding if it wasn't for the claspers..... Just doesn't put on the size. I personally don't think the "blush" style Marbles get near as big as most people think.

A very good deal when you consider the health of the fish. Most people don't understand what kinda work it is to take a freshly imported Marble and make it healthy and eat what YOU want it to eat. I have rays right now that were sold simply because they refused anything but worms..... Very understandable. I have a fresh import being stubborn right now and it costs me over $10 a week to feed it. For $10 I could feed this ray for probobly a month. ($2/lb) And this ray is twice the size. Freshly imported rays often require meds and come with the chance of not making it. How do I know this? I have a few in the freezer. Most people that mess with Marbles have them in thier freezer.

This is a healthy, DOCILE, proven breeder. I should be asking a LOT closer to what I have invested.... Hard to put a price on breeder rays. BUT I'm not one to ever make money selling fish, OR even break even. I loose money almost every time. My loss= your gain.
