4 months ago his claspers started growing incredibly fast. This is how they
appear today.
So, is he fully matured? Appears so to me, but....

i would say hes almost there. they look just shy of fully mature

my last 2 leos to mature took about 6 months
 
is his voice sqeeky yet. looken good. very nice looking mm
