Any suggestion what tank mates to put in there safely?

I was thinking about adding some large catfish, or chiclid...or another female pignose but afraid they'll fight...

these guys are very tame and have been kept together with all sorts of fish and each other in much smaller enclosures without incident. I would just match the water parameters and put whatever you want in with it as long as you stay away from turtles other than a FRT.

Very nice setup and turt. Dont fill up to much the tank with fish mates, your turt is more then happy alone, insted get a female and if need be your tank is so large you can easily fit a divider. You are in a very good possition to try to breed this guys
