Max size for paraneetroplus breidohri?

I have 3 of them in a growout tank right now, they will live in a 240 gallon once they hit 6-7 inches. They are about 2.5 inches each and one of them has very nice colors.....Also is there any way to sex them as adults? I've noticed that females seem to have red or even pink eyes while the males have brown and sometimes green eyes.....and the humps are larger in the males. What else?

above is a male, below a female. Note females usually have a dark area in the dorsal.

females have a more torpedo like profile, and sport more ark areas in the body, especially when ready to spawn

Beautiful pair! I guess one of mine is a male, since his fins have very strong orange in them....I've vented them all and I've got 2 males and 1 female, but I could be wrong. I will keep them in a 30 gallon until they reach 4 inches and then into a 75 until they reach 7-8 inches and into the 240 gallon they go. Thank you so much Duanes.
