What's the tank dimensions needed to house a maxima clam? When I search it says 100 gallons and up, it doesn't sound right to me but I'm no expert so I'm asking here, if it does need 100 gallons then why? Cause I thought clams hardly move or just don't. Thanks for any replies.
What and how do you feed a huge clam like that? Just curious, because I have small freshwater clams.
To my knowledge they feed themselves from nutrients from the filter and zooxanthellae growing on themselves.
