try giant danios. my regular ones got picked off in no time. if it weren't for jumpers id still have 5 giant danios in my tank instead of one

ive had jewels in the past
hemichromis ? had millions of fry.
nice to know i have quiete alot of options!
if i added a juvenile aggressive cichlid like convicts, jewlels etc
would fights instantly break out? or if i aranged rocks into some seperate piles things would be alright? ive never had to buy fish for a large one before, i ususaly grow them all up from juveniles. sorry if it seems like a stupid question

i kno it sounds bad but i kinda got firemouths as a dither to keep my sveni pike cichlid off of my jag's and oscar..... theyre quick and nip back idk oh and they dont rip up my plants nether

sounds good! im loving the sugestions from everyone!
the mayan is very bored so he just follows people, around the room,
and theres alot of space in the tank, i would like to have a plan before acting so i don't cause any unecassery harm to fishes.

if i was to add dithers and some aggresive cichlids, would it be easier to add dithers first, see how that goes for a while, then get cichlids?
or the other way round? or all at the same time?

Sorry to doublepost, i can get hold of 3 4"+ nice sized silver dollars,
if i introduce these first and then think of adding cichlids, will this work the best ?
