Soo...has anyone figured out anything on heating an outdoor pond of arround 24000gal? If so i'd like to hear it.

Anyone ever tried a pool heater or a flash-heating residential water heater?

I've heard of using residential heaters before but 24000 is a lot to heat

Heating to what tempature?I use this to heat my 17,000 gallon pond.But only to 55F in winter.For 24,ooo gallons I would get a gas swimming pool heater with a stainless steel heat exchanger and cover your pond like a green house in winter.

I live in the south and only need the temp to stay above 70f. Do you think this is feasible with the gas pool heater you suggested?
