Maybe a stupid question about jags breeding but?

My roomate has his jag in different tank then mine.
It just laid eggs again, is there anyway I could take them out and put them in my tank, and that one of my two jags would fertilize them, even though the female isnt even present, or will they ignore/eat them. As I tried putting them together before and all she did was chase them away and try to fight them if they got near

there is a way of moving the eggs but fertilisation is very unlikely, why dont you try to add one of your jags to his tank and make them become best of freinds.. see what happens then.
