Maybe an Ich question

I have a Hongi Chiclid that has white spots on his side. They aren't huge but they are not scattered all over like all the Ich pictures I've seen. He also doesn't seem to be behaving any differently than normal. Any idea what it could be or could it still be Ich. I've already checked the sticky on deasese but didn't find anything.
