IN YOUR HEAD
i got this as a tem. but i know now it is not. it was wild caught, not sure were though. it is darker and more gold then my mono i had before. it has gold in the fins that my mono didn't have before and a few gold lines in the top section of the tail. it also has gold on its back. the focus of this vid was on the tigerfish, but you can see the bass well in it since it schools with the tigerfish. it also is growing much faster then my old mono or orino ever did. the bass also has the black spots on the check. the tigerfish are 5-6" for reference.

Your video made me motion sick:barf: Get some good pics if ya can

i'll see what i can do. those damn tigers are speed demons so it is hard to get good pics. the bass tends to be with them always.

here is some sucky camera phone pics it has the gold spangling on the dorcil also, it just wouldn't show it.

i know it is not a tem.

aside from the gold spots on the dorcil i think it looks like the "madeira" from the id thread due to the gold "fish bones" on the top of the back. could that be a possible?

my reason for thinking not mono/ocell is in the id thread it says for both mono and occel that the cheek patches are not present, but clearly they are present on my fish.

if it is mono/ocell then why does the id thread say that those sp. do not have the cheek patches?
