I wanted to see if he would naturally come out of hibernation, but he started to look pretty dried out. So I woke him up with some warm water. Took a lot longer than last year. He had a thick membrane that I ended up peeling off of him. It kind of felt like those plastic covers when you get a DVD, but slimier, lol.

Oh yeah...he actually woke up early this month, but since the attachments were down...

Great frog! I asuming hes a bullfrog? Theres one that has recently come out of hybernation at the college i go too, they are such characters.

Haven't measured him in awhile, but last time I did I think he's pushing 7.5"-8" I'd like to see if I can get him to 9" like I always read saying that they top out at 9"
