  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Definate no on the motoro ray puffers look at their eyes like snails would try and eat them, an arowana would be a no cause puffers are notorious fin nippers id say a maybe on the dats gar or pbass it all depends on your mbu, if its really mellow you could probably try one of the three. Alot of people would argue that the tanks too small for the mbu alone though, I think its fine though

mbus are super aggresive! They make great solo fish though......

I had my two MBUs in with rays, etc. I was nervous with the big guy but not the smaller one. Every MBU is going to be different but you have to suspect that every MBU out there is going to bite another fish at some point, I just doesnt happen that they dont, I have yet to see it with the 5 I have owned. My big guy biy my rays several times, my little guy took the longest before he bit someone, I forget the fish he bit but he also bit my ex while she was reviving a pbass, guess he thought her finger was a piece of shrimp and he was only 12" or so, now if that was other one at 24", I think her finger wouldnt have looked the same.

If I was you, I wouldnt, even at smaller sizes there chompers are HUGE. Eventually all my MBU's got their own tank.

Here are some of my past MBUs

Fahaka's are typically crazy agro, mbu are typically gentle giants...

I agree. I had a few mollies and minnows in my tank before i got my fahaka hoping he'd ignore them if he was introduced to them small. Within 2 days the tank was empty of tankmates

Wow...awesome video, I think I'll probably keep em in the 360 gallon with Frontosa. November will be a year I've had mine and he's around 11"
