Mbu growth

What's the growth on these guys my little 5"er seems to be piling on the pounds with in 2 weeks off having him.

Oh hell, you should have researched this first. 2 ft is common. 30 in is possible. If you aren't prepared for that you should start looking for a new home for him while he is small. And that won't be for long.
Make sure it gets snails, clams, etc as part of his diet as the teeth continually grow. Also sometimes they will "taste" tankmates. That means bite hunks out of them no matter how large they are.

I have a Fahaka a little larger that can't eat anything thT large. He can only take crwadads and snails. My Mbu is about 4".

You can bet on about an inch or so a month, sometimes slower of faster depending on the specimen. Also, you would be very surprised at how much stronger a Mbu's bite is over a Fahaka's. My dude is around 14 inches now and can destroy any clam I put in.

Mine just goes in on raw mussels and prawns de shelled I wana get him some harder foods test his beak

Mine was around 18" by the end of the first year.
