You need a dewormer like levamisole or praziquantel. You can get levamisole at Select Aquatics or Fritz Expel P. That mbu is very skinny and its teeth look overgrown. Is it able to close its mouth and bite well? If not, it may not be able to eat well and may need its teeth trimmed. I’d be upset if a fish was sold to me in that condition.

If it doesn’t get the necessary shelled foods, the teeth will become overgrown
