Hey guys new here, I got a MBU puffer and he’s in quarantine right now. He pooped but they looked like beads. The person I bought him from said this is not an internal parasite but from what I was reading it seems it is.
temp 78
Ph 7.4
Nitrate 0
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0

he eats pre cooked shrimp at the moment, I do water changes after feeding him to keep the nutrients in check
Just need a little insight here

Thank you! I know puffers are sensitive to treatments, should I do a light dose of prazipro then do a 75% water change everyday?

Water change prior to adding meds then I’d try 1/2 dose of levamisole if available. Want to leave as much of the medicine in the tank and a solid redosing. If nitrates, <20, are low then hold on the water change.

No particular levamisole. This is better for IP. Prazipro is ok for more gill flukes etc.
