mbu puffer sick?!

my mbu puffer is always cruzing at the top by the glass beside the filter input. i think he started doing that when i took out all my driftwood so today i putted the driftwood back in and he went down to chill but ass soon as i stood up he got scared and went back to the top. and his poo is like whitish/clear poo with some brown. something like this ----o-
that "o" is the brown part from the pellets and the "-" is the whitish part i feed him shrimp im guessing thats why its clear and whitish. when its feeding time he becomes happy and and normal.
oher facts he's living with a datnoid and arowana and two clown loaches. they dont fight or anything everything is fine

I know this may sound sick, but can you get a pic of the poo? from the sounds of it, seems like it MAYBE parasites, but can't tell without a pic?

i'll tryy it doesnt looks stringy like the ones on google but yea i'll try lol but it it has some kinda shape and he had that i think every time i feed him shrimp. if it had wont it spreed to the others? what should i do for now water changes every? m temp is 84F maybe thats effecting the puffer being weird idk??

I mean i'm no expert on internal parasites either, but have seen my share from the puffers i've kept so just thought i would throw it out there since by your description it sounds like it might be parasites? But i'm sure with some pics, some of the more knowledgeable keepers would be able to tell you more certainly if your fish has a problem or not...
