MBU puffer tank mates

wanna know who had what for tank mates with success with mbu puffers

I had malawis with mine. the only incidents were at feeding time when Modo went for the mussel and so did the yellow lab....it didnt end well. I have to say though it only ever happened at feeding time and the puffer never attacked directly it was more the fish got in the way of the strike

i have IT datnoid and a silver arowana with my mbu no fighting in my tank they are all friends!

Rays,ripsaw catfish,tigrinus catfish,armatus,lenticulata pike,black arowanas,black wolf fish,rtc x tsn,vampire gourami and maybe a couple more but I lost count as I keep changing my fish.

so i was thinking of doing peacock cichlids with my mbu woukld that be ok

My lfs keep Datnoids with the mbu they have...

i wonder if sap puffers would be ok with mbu . that would be cool

I would watch closely whatever you put with your Mbu. I'm going to post pictures soon, however a buddy of mine that has his own aquarium store has a 12 inch Mbu with a school of fancy goldfish. No fighting and I think its insane.
