Mbu puffer with ick

Hi guys!
I bougth a mbu puffer 2 mounts ago and i added to my tank 4 ranbow fish 2 weeks ago, today i found a little bit of ick on their fine, for now my congo tetra are fine no mark of ick on them
so i decided to do a big water change.

What would you recomand; should i treat the entire tank or should i take the one with ick out of the tank an treat them separatly?

Is puffer are resistant to the ick treatment ( api super ick cure) ?

My Mbu when very small also had VERY bad ich. I treated in a smaller tank so that did not have to use as much salt. I did one tsp per 5 gallon and turned the heat in the tank up to 88-89 F. I also added a high capacity air pump sinch the temp was up that high for oxygen. Took him about 7 days and he was 100% clear and back to normal.
 
Just non iodized salt. I use pickling salt.
