Mbu Puffer?

They can get along fine unless and until the mbu decides it doesn't like something about any tankmate.
I have a pair of 1 footers that are fine in the 650 with a bunch of FW tarpon. However, keeping any sedentary bottom species will likely result in many 'test nips' from the mbu on it's bottom-dwelling tankmates. The tarpon are fine (for now) due to being active constantly moving fish. The tarpon will remain fine unless the mbu decides they're in the wrong place. At that point, I just hope I'm around to pull and relocate any survivors.

you never know with mbu's. I've heard horror stories but mine is 14" and with south and central american cichlids ranging from large 12" bocourti and geophagus to small 4" rainbow cichlids and he pays them absolutely no attention whatsoever. all he does is dance all day long and eat prawns and cockles! I did get mine at 6" and I would recommend anyone else to do the same as they're a good size so you can tell a bit about their character and small enough to grow up in the company of other fish without bullying them.
