That doesn't even make sense:screwy:

Just wondering if it was raised with the other fish in there and it grew to that size or was it introduced at that size with all the other fish in there.

People give fish bad rap for no reason. I have a MBU, and I have to separate him on the same day, because he got his @ss kicked big time when he was introduced into tank with fish his size or smaller. I don't remember how many time I've read from people how nippy and aggressive MBU is! BTW, I believe Dookie bought his that big, and introduced to tank.

I put the video up just to show his tankmates lol. He's pushing over 20" and living with angelfish as small as 1". He's truly a gentle giant.

And it's a good thing that you posted the vid. I've wanted one for a long time, but keep holding back from reading how nippy and aggressive they are, that they should be kept solitary... until I finally got one, and realized I've read bad info.! :irked::nilly:

Well jln, the info you read isn't entirely false. I have two mbu's and my other one does nip fins. Strangely, he nipped my big mbu. They do this not out of aggression but out of hunger and poor eye sight. For some reason he thought his fins was food. The two will swim side by side but for no apparent reason he would think a fluttering fin is food and go for it on ocassion, but I can tell it's only out of error.
