Hello there, I have what was labeled as a pearl of likoma (the smaller one) from a reliable website that sells live fish direct. I was at a local petco about a month later and saw the larger one labeled as a peacock but knew that it wasn't. It looks different but the same as the one I had acquired from the website. When I had gotten both of them they were silverish with orange stripes from head to tail. I read that there is some confusion about some different species and that they might even be the same? The melanochromis joanjohnsonae, exasperatus, textilus, and pearl of likoma. This is a new one for me. Any help? The larger one has black stripes and an under bite kind of and the smaller one is more blue with less orange stripes showing. The last pictures are older.
