Mbuna sick

Hi , I have a 100L tank with one scalofi{mbuna} whom i rescued a week ago from a very neglected tank. since ive rescued him ive noticed that he is flashing and about 3 days ago he started to spit his food. I dont think that he is swolloing any. Hes in a temp tank with a few plastic plants and a cave , Water p are 0,0,5 and there are 2 internal filters. temp is 24.
i also noiced that his mouth look a bit weired but that was since i fist saw him.
Wanted to ask what do you think is the prolem and what you reccomend, i have few meds i cn use

Mouth looks ok to me. Nothing jumps out but I don’t keep a lot of mbuna cichlids. What does it’s poop look like? Would give it a couple of days and let it settle in before trying to feed again.

The mouth doesn't look out of the ordinary to me either.
In nature this species is an algae scraper, so although it gets protein from animals that live in the algae, a majority of its diet is fibrous algae/vegetarian.
If it was in a neglected tank, maybe its diet was lacking (too much animal protein not enough fiber).
I would feed a pellet high in Spirulina algae.
Flashing usually indicates a parasite like ick, or????,
I'd add 3 lbs of salt to 100 gallons as a general treatment (any salt as long as the ingredient says NaCl)
