I have a few African Cichlids in a 60gal and one developed weird bumps on his lip.
As you can see, there are 2 balls that formed on his upper lip. They are about the size of 2 hikari medium pellets. The fish is about 3" now. He eats like a pig, acts like there is no problem and seems very healthy except for the lip.
All the other fish in the tank are doing great (except for one that was beat up recently) and all have great color.
My water has 0 nitrite, 0 ammonia and I do 50% water changed every week.
Any ideas what it could be?
