Me fish blow up!

Hello everyone! I have a Qu for anyone that might be able to help me out. My red tail shark has blown an i am not sure what i should do. Is they anyone that can help? It looks as if all the scales on her are sticking out

Sounds like dropsy to me, a build up of fluid inside the body causing the fish to "balloon". Its usually caused by poor water condition (im not saying it is here) Take him out and place him in a tank on his own or his tank mates could end up with the same. Depending on how far along he is it can be near impossible to cure. First google Dropsy and make sure its that, then have a look what antibiotics you will need...... good luck

Adding epsom salts to the tank will help with dropsy.
