Meal Worms - sink?

As another option to feeding my lungfish, I was thinking of meal worms.

But do they sink?
Anyone with any experience?
 
I have mixed experiences here, some do, some don't for me lol. If you get them a good squeeze underwater they generally will go down, and they don't really tend to get "crushed" like other insects.
 
I feed them to my small aros if I place them in the tank so as not to break the surface tension they float. If I through them in the tank they sink.
 
They do end up sinking...some sooner than later, especially with surface agitation...
 
yup they will sink, should gut load them first. I feed em sweet potatoes.
