Just feed the Mealworm to the FH occasionally as a treat.

I recommend a good brand pellet also in your feeding rotation.

Yep, I fed mealworms once or twice a week to my severums for years. They're a pretty common live food. Super easy to raise too.

Yes I just keep them in chicken feed . Works well

yes their a good source of protein, for srd i see more improvement in kok then in a kamfa.
I gut load them with color enhancing fish food meant for flowerhorn it works well.
