Meat eating plecos

Any other meat esting plecos besides Pseudacanthicus, Leporacanthicus, Scobinancistrus ?

Want to be able to keep plecos i can feed the same stuff i feed my polys (seperate tanks) tilapia, flounder, nls, chopped shrimp
 
Nice. Gotta love Planet Catfish. Looks like I was a bit off on the Acanthicus genus. My bad. Coulda swore they were more on the carnivorous side.

Nah i think for the most part you were right. Looking at specific acanthicus many are listed as carnivore/omnivores.

Now to research a good mix of them

Pterygoplichthys are the commons, sailfins, L001s and Rhinos.

Thx man. I dont trust things like that chart over what other hobbyists have to say.


Now to figure out which fish will hest suit eachother. Looking forward to setting up a pleco tank wont be till the winter probably so i'll have plenty of time to research.

Always wanted an l264 so thats on the top of the list
