I have a few bichirs and it seems that my mechanical filtration in my AC 70 and Xp3 arent doing to well of a job handling this. Sometimes i get the net the poop is so big. What should i do for this? i feed about twice a day. 70 gallon tank. Water params are all good. Just dont like the poop floating around. THANKS

Powerheads, Under Gravel Jets or Reverse Under Gravel Filters are all ways people add flow to the bottom of a tank preventing waste from settling...

Once the waste is suspended in the water column, it's a matter of having adequate filtration to remove the waste...

I just use HOB's and net out the little poo hill every day or so. I am the filtration. I'd rather net it out than let is clog my filters.
