Does anyone around here have any nice size crayfish? All of the stores seem to be out. I want 5 or 6 for my pond. I can come pick them up or meet you. Let me know please.

I was going to offer some to you until i saw you wanted them for your pond....... Crayfish are very invasive and WILL travel from your pond to anywhere in the area. They will take over a pond in just a few years and harm the native species and plants. I do not suggest you put a non-native crayfish in your pond. Just a freindly FYI.... Melissa
Aquarium adventures in Bolingbrook has some smaller ones. 2" or so. You may need to wait and try to catch some in the spring and summer if you want big ones.
My pond is in my basement and has 10 inches of 90 degree wall all around it. They're not going anywhere. And I'm going to have smallmouth bass, florida gar, crappies and bowfin. Overpopulation won't be a problem.
^ And I called aquarium adventure and they don't have any. The lady said they ordered some but they didn't come in, and I worked retail for 4 years I know when I'm getting the run around. That didn't make me think of this but they have some interesting employees up there.
