I am about to start filling my tank and as I was putting all the gear in my FX5, everything is brand new so no old media. I was noticeing that 2 of the medias remove amonia and nitrates (or was it nitrites...?) regardless, what should I have in my filter when doing my cycle? Any I

just biomedia, and if you have it cycled media to speed up the process

Congrats on the new tank.
Media would depend on cycle style.
If you are using fish to cycle, you need to keep the waste out of your bio media. You don’t want to gunk up fresh, new stuff.
If you are doing a fishless cycle, all you need is a basket of bio media.
For either cycle styles you should leave any extra materials out.
Save the ammonia, nitrate packs for use in an emergency, after the tank has cycled.
