Media for Marineland 350 canister?

I was just wondering what type of media you guy and gals put in your canister. Any tips or suggestions? Right now I just have the sleeve and the carbon that came w/ them.

I run purigen in the media basket, and once the sleeve was no longer able to be cleaned I started using quilt batting held on with rubber bands as a cheap makeshift sleeve.

Ditch the carbon, try bio media such as api Chems stars or fluval bio max, it will become a home to ur bacteria colony and it will detoxify the water.

I have the sleeve and then it full to the top with bio max
