whats the best bio-media out there ? just wanted to know what everybody is using , either in canisters or sumps ??!@!

Scubbies, foam, biomax.. all in my sump.

I use mainly biomax for my filters (HOB and Canister).

yup i use the same , but have started to get away from scrubbies they tend to clog very easy and trap large particles of gunk ..

as for the bio max , i am running that right now in one of my fx5s , good stuff , i was thinking of loading my other one with seachem matrix , sounds like good stuff ..

I use scrubbies and bio balls in my wet/dry and bio max in my 2 FX5s.

I will likely change the FX5 to scrubbies as I replace the bio max.
