So I got a new pair of rays that I wanted to treat for parasites and such before introducing to my tank. I was using garlic guard and prazipro. I didn't want to treat the entire tank so I would soak the earthworms in the garlic guard for 20 min, cut them in half, and then drop them in. This worked very well as the rays went crazy scrambling to get a half of the worm and then trying to steal more from each other even when they were both finished. First time adding a few drops of Prazipro to the garlic/worm mix, I came back in 20 min and the worm was dead. This really confused me because it was so lively before putting it in the bowl. This happened another time and I decided it wasn't by chance. Prazipro is used to treat Flukes, Tapeworms, Flatworms, Turbellarians etc.. and I just found out that it is also toxic to nightcrawlers. This just proved to me how effective this product really is, but I learned my lesson feeding live worms combined with this medicine.
