Currently my discus is infected with a nasty bacterial infection. I showed a few pic of the damage to the discus and they told me to treat with tetracycline. I have tons of rare and expensive plecos with the discus. I want to treat the whole tank to insure all the fish is cured. Will the tetracycline cause a problem for the plecos?

if the plecos are showing no signs of it, then why stress them out? Move the single discus and treat it
Agreed. Treat the fish, not the tank. As for the tank with plecos, I don't think massive water changes would hurt as a prophylactic measure.
