hi all i just got in my first montoro ray and im worried he is just sitting at the bottom of the tank just breathing now i know its he first day and must be stressed as heck from being in a box for 1 and 1/2 days and all the transportation but i just wanna make sure he lives he is awesome ill get some pics up soon if he survives hopfully

but my question is what meds can i use for them and what kind of things as in a stresscoat tytpe of thing do i need handy i wanna have the stuff on hand before i actually need it and what kind of diease are they like prone 2 because ill get the med for that as well thanks in advance
 
hows aqurainm salt i just added some was that a mistake ????
what is prazi pro for ???and metronidazole

Aquarium salt = marine salt, no additives + a bigger price tag, because it comes in such a pretty plastic container :headbang2

Look at your local supermarket for the big 20lbs+ bags of marine salt, no additives. That's what I use for the rays, or cichlid tanks. It's good as a tonic, or for treatment in many diseases.

Prazi pro, metronidazole are meds for internal parasites and what not. Quite effective and very popular. Use the "search" button, there's so many other threads on this subject ;)
 
no meds.... are needed have some salt on hand ( morton kosher salt is a better buy than api aquarium salt) and just let the ray relax
