What meds have you found to work on lungs?

What meds have you seen with negative effects on lungs?

What is your experience with adding salt to lung water?


Please include either Africans, or SA's.

I add salt sometimes during water change and have not seen any negative effect on my lung.
Never tried meds coz, so far, i have not yet needed them.
