You must be at the place of delivery on first delivery attempt. All DOA's must be photographed in the bag they are shipped in, with a photograph of the fish within 1 hour of receipt of fish.
50% deposits on fish being ordered in are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you decide you don't want the fish, you're out of luck. If somthing happens on our end and we cannot provide the fish - then obviously a refund will be given.
