This is my girlfriend's first lizard, a baby Irian Jaya blue-tongued skink. He/she/it is just the cutest thing! I'm normally a snake guy and rarely get worked up over lizards, but BTSs are just too darn awesome. Greatest pet lizards, IMHO.
Anyway, here are a few good shots of the little squirt.

Couple of funny things he did.....this one time, the GF caught him stretching out with his back feet clinging to that one log and his front end hanging on to his clay cave there...just a teeter-totting away!
And yesterday, when we were feedin him crickets, he saw his foot move and bit it in haste. Another time, he kept tasting his poop, thinking it was food.
"Hey, that looks like food.....Blech!"....(sees it again)..."Hey, that looks like food....Blech!"..etc etc
And we got him in January and the little bugger has already grown by 50%!
