Do a google search (or on the forum for that matter) for Durso Standpipe, that is all that is. the overflow seems like it would be easy enough to build from that picture.

If you search my threads i built the overflow and plumbinng

2 90 degree pvc elbows and a piece of pvc pipe.cut the pipe and add the elbows to make an upside down "J" amazing how much quieter it is.I have 2 of them in my 125g tanks.Cheap easy and it works!
