HEEEELLLLPPPPP

i bought a little irwini about couple weeks ago. seemed fine for his first week living in my tank, but one day I got back home from work almost midnight..so I didn't give them food.
and the next day when I poured frozen worm to the tank..he just stood still..didn't eat it nor even touch the worm :duh:

and now...he's just like paralyzed...his fins doesn't move but his tail does. still breathing properly and still give me some reaction when I knock the tank.

can someone please explain what happen to my baby irwini??? or maybe I should do the water change??

thanks for ur explaination :grinno:

actually i dont know...dont have time to check it. got back from home always late night :(

are they that sensitive about water parameters?
Most fish will be effected by high nitrites, nitrates, or ammonia. But if your other fish seem fine then something else is probably wrong. I would go ahead and do water changes just in case. Are any of the other fish fighting him?.

I dont think that other fish fighting him...his body covered with hard-scale and thorn. it must have scarred them away...

i'll do the water change tomorrow..
