Hey Guys....I just realized that I've been overdosing with melafix since yesterday, I added 10 ml per 10 gallon instead of 5ml....So far I haven't seen any of my fish acting weird, but I did some research and apparently some people got their whole tank wipe out....The reason I dose it because some of my angel fish had some torn fins and some white film on their body, Since I dose yesterday I noticed a that some of the white film is almost gone, but now I'm kinda paranoid, it's midnight now and my tank has been lights out for an hour now, do you guys think I should leave it or do a water change....thanks.....

I wouldnt worry. I did a double dose by accident (though I wouldnt recommend it), all my tiger fish and rays were fine. If your worried, wc like what others have advised.

Infact, water change , just to give you piece of mind.

thanks for the advice guys...I decided not to do a water change last night and check up on the fish this morning....All is well no fish seems to be stress and do dead ones either..since the instruction says continue for 7 days i won't do a WC and not put any dose for the next 2 days....thanks for the help....

Not all fish can tolerate different med concentrations similarly to others. I'm not a fan of Melafix personally. Salt can do the same job perfectly fine. A teaspoon per gallon and daily water changes will suffice.
