new to this site and not sure if I'm doing this right.
anyway, just have a quick question.
need to know if melafix and pimafix can be used on the following
tetras (phantom, glo lite, blk neon, neon)
raspboras
corydoras
rubberlip pleco
aquatic dwarf frogs
trumpet snails.

Not sure about the snails, or frogs, but plecs can handle half doses. The rest should be fine...What is the problem?

yes

Pima/Melafix are tea tree based in nature and their safety as to different fresh water species in general is thought to be OK, They are only effective for a 24 hour period that is why the instructions would say dose daily.....with that being said there is a great opportunity to do a daily water change (if you can) in between doses.....with any illness keeping your nitrates as low as possible will do wonders as well.....As stated above Plecos are a bit sensative as to salt and the like.......Much luck to you in fighting what ever has your fish sick.............Dave

You should be good. I've mixed and dosed those two before. Works wonders. Unless you have a really bad problem at the peak of it's disease. Then I'd go with something stronger, but I don't know if stronger is better with the type of fish in your tank....
