Do you know how long she's been holding? If you want to keep the babies then I would either remove her after about 3 weeks of holding or strip the babies from her. If you don't want the babies then just let her stay in the tank, some might survive but most will be eaten by tankmates.
Congrats on the babies though! When I had my first mbuna holding I remove her then striped the babies and raised them. It was fun but a lot of work. Since then the fish have had so many babies that I actually have some catfish in the tank for fry control lol. Mbuna love to reproduce!
